    It has been reported that a service affecting incident exists for the following services: Exchange services

    Controller for Ex1Server3 failed. 50% of server 3 customers cannot access email. All server 3 customers will be impacted as services are transitioned off of server 3. Duration will be 5 to 10 minutes during transition.

    ITAC is coordinating with administrators and support staff who are currently working on the problem, and assessing the scope and impact.

    An update will be issued once additional information has been collected.

    Exchange mail services for impacted customers have been restored; email messages were not lost during the transition period from 11:55 AM to 12:05 PM today.
